ReUp Process

As a business owner and partner, you will have ultimate responsibility for all projects within your respective territory. What does this mean? You will take company generate leads, as well as self-sourced leads and walk the homeowners through our process. These will be warm leads and you will need to complete several steps to ensure a smooth transition from the warm handoff to a signed deal. We will provide you with the necessary training and tools to be successful. Once the home is signed up to be ReUp’ed you will guide the homeowners through the renovations and manage the project through completion and listing it on the market for sale. We’ve made the mistakes and learned from them so that you don’t have to make the same mistakes. Since we started, we have never lost money on a project and we want to help you do the same.
